What is home staging? How do you it? Why do you do it?
These are just a few of the things we need to learn first, before we can start staging. Knowledge of the industry is a critical tool that we teach first ~ and then we talk staging. We look at a lot of visuals as we learn and 'before & after' pictures as well.
How do you turn your passion into a business?
We discuss staging hacks, props and inventory as well as all the challenges that stagers will encounter, and how to deal with them! We also cover the 'Types of Staging Services' that professional home stagers will offer, and how to price those services. Everyone will do their business their own way, and we encourage that. We are here to help you on your journey as a Home Staging Professional. There is no 'one size fits all' with us.
Upon completion of the course (in-class or on-line), students will write an 'exam'. It’s not an exam to stress about… it’s actually enjoyable and a good practice tool for you. After successful completion of the exam, we will send out your certificate! You will be ready to start staging.
Your connection with Prestige Home Staging doesn't have to end after the exam. We will always try to help you on your journey and answer any questions you may have as you go. That’s what makes us different.
